By accessing or using the Parthik Food application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all users of the platform, including customers, vendors, and delivery partners.
Our Services
Parthik Food is an online food ordering and delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants and food vendors in Raipur and surrounding areas. We provide:
- A platform to browse menus and place food orders.
- Order management and tracking facilities.
- Delivery coordination between vendors and customers.
- Payment processing through secure payment gateways.
Parthik Food acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors. We are not directly responsible for the quality, preparation, or packaging of food items — that responsibility lies with the vendor.
User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You must not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
- Parthik Food reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Orders & Payments
- Once an order is placed and confirmed, it may not be cancelled without contacting support within the cancellation window.
- Prices shown on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges, if any, will be shown before you confirm your order.
- Payments are processed through secure, third-party payment gateways. Parthik Food does not store your card details.
- In case of a failed transaction where your account was debited, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Promo codes and discounts are subject to their individual terms and cannot be clubbed unless specified.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled once the vendor has begun preparing your food. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
- Cancellations are accepted only before the vendor starts preparing the order.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged order, contact our support team within 1 hour of delivery with photos for resolution.
- Refunds for quality complaints are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable if the order has been picked up by the delivery partner.
Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on distance, weather, and vendor preparation time.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Parthik Food is not liable for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
- If you are unavailable at the delivery address, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If unreachable, the order may be cancelled without a refund.
- Delivery is available only within the serviceable areas as shown in the app.
Vendor Terms
Vendors registered on Parthik Food agree to:
- Maintain valid FSSAI registration and all required food safety licences.
- Ensure food is prepared hygienically and matches the description shown on the platform.
- Keep menu items, prices, and availability up to date.
- Package orders securely to maintain food quality during delivery.
- Not engage in any fraudulent activity, misleading descriptions, or unfair practices.
Parthik Food reserves the right to remove any vendor from the platform for violations of these terms.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Abuse, harass, or threaten our staff, vendors, or delivery partners.
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
- Place fake orders or misuse refund and coupon policies.
- Post harmful, offensive, or defamatory reviews or content.
Limitation of Liability
Parthik Food is not liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from food quality, allergic reactions, or food safety issues caused by vendors.
- Delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability to any user is limited to the value of the specific order in question.
Changes to Terms
Parthik Food may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
